the scale won't forget yesterday

So yesterday was St. Patrick's Day.
I stayed at 145.2 which was a good enough for me.
The day was fun, hungover by 6.
Drinking calories weren't too bad.. BINGING calories were off the chart.

Scale this morning... 148.0
ARE YOU KIDDING?
All my hard work for nothing.
That could put me back weeks. I'm so disappointed in myself.
Tried to throw up but nothing would come, although I know it's no use by now.
All that icky crap is already digested.

Today will be a super good day. I'm hoping I just haven't had a chance to get rid of everything I ate so the scale will just back down tomorrow after a good healthy eating day. (please please pleaseeee)
I'm going to dinner with my bff and her aunt and cousin who are visiting but it's japanese and I plan on eating sushi so the calories wont be too bad. Anyone a sushi calorie expert? I need tips on what to eat and what not to eat.

I feel disgusting. I need to be back to 145.

    definitely get brown rice instead of white if you have the option.
