145.2!

145.2 means I am only .2 from my goal weight which I wanted to make TOMORROW! :D I'll get there. Tomorrow is St. Patrick's day and it is supposed to be super sunny and warm out. Even though I'm back down to 145 I still feel just as fat as I started. At the end of December when I hit my ultimate low at around 165 lbs. Gross I cant even believe I weighed that much. But since then I've lost like 20 pounds and no one has noticed? Ughh. I did however try on a pair of old shorts I found this morning. Last spring I tried wearing them and I couldn't even button them. Well I could but when they were buttoned it was muffin top galore and basically hurt because they were so tight but when I tried them on this morning they actually FIT. Like a normal person with no muffin top or anything. I wish I had taken pictures so I could compare.. Maybe I will now and compare it to the rest of my weight loss.

Spring Break is in a week and a half and since I am going to the beach I want to lose some more weight before then.I want to try to be 140 by then which is 5 lbs in 10 days. That'll be my next goal it'll be tough but I cannot bear to think of being in a bikini with my gut jiggling around.

Yesterday's intake was not good.
Intake: 1614 after a breakfast binge + wheat thins binge at night.
Output: Nothing. AGAIN
Today I am going to eat as little as possible to account for tomorrows massive consumption of alcohol. At least I bought Sprite Zero to mix.

-Oh and changed the layout.. Still not satisfied with it but oh well. I want something springy :]

  1. you're intake isn't terrible here. if you add just 100 calories of output to this type of day you'll be losing 1lb a week with you're height and weight. you're doing so well, and good job on almost hitting you're third goal weight!! that's some progress!
