I haven’t had a really update in a while so let’s go back and update about this weekend.
Sunday Night
Went out with some friends because I wasn’t here this weekend. Didn’t want to drink too much but then a friend and I started playing pong and it went downhill from there. Later apparently my friends G and M decided to make mac & cheese and although I can’t confirm I am told I ate it with them. Which sucks because between the beer and the mac & cheese I must be way over calories. However I had my head in the toilet later that night so I may have spared myself some of the calories.
Monday
I weighed in at 149.2! So glad to be under 150!! And plus that is my first goal weight. I want to be between 145 by St. Patrick’s Day which is in two weeks so it’s completely reasonable. Had a girls night and drank vodka & pineapple juice.. I didn’t really want to get drunk after mac & cheese night. On the way back to one of my friends room she wanted food so we stopped at the café and we split an order of curly fries. Obviously I cannot trust myself to have self control when I drink, even just a little.
Today
Weighed in at 149.8 this morning. Not too bad after the last couple nights I had. Earlier I had my annual GYN exam.. wonderful. Good thing is they thought I was on the verge of an infection so I have antibiotics I have to take for the next week. I actually opted for the antibiotics opposed to a crème. Who wants to put a crème in their hooha anyway? Plus now I can’t drink which is a good excuse not to drink away too many calories. This also means I have a reason to go home with my bf this weekend (for his mom’s birthday) instead of staying here and partying with the girls. Sounds great to me!
