So yesterday was good,
Intake: 940
No working out or anything but under the limit so yay me! And no binging! Woo!
This morning I got my monthly gift from mother nature which is making me feel all bloaty and blah. Somehow this morning i weighed in at 147. Then I ate some oatmeal for breakfast, then skipped lunch (I was so busy!) and came back at 4 ish to weigh in at 143.6 again! I guess that worked out, I am assuming I gained the extra weight from period-ing but I didn't expect to lose it. I am deciding whether or not to weigh myself until after my periods over. I don't even want to bother since I'll be retaining water but I am a little obsessed so I would probably cheat and weigh in anyway.

I went grocery shopping today! I love grocery shopping :) Just got a few things: Oatmeal, Apple Sauce, Soup, and some Pecan Swirls! The pecan swirls look so yummy and they are only 100 calories! I'll have one for dessert tonight.

Nothing else really to say for now.. Good luck girlies! Keep thinking about spring!

  1. the week before my period i gain 2 to 4 pounds, but i loose them on the first day i start bleeding.
    But I think you should weight yourself, that way, little by little, you know your body better, and know when it's water gain or not, so you don't feel disapointed or down.
