So.. As you can probably guess I have not been updating lately because I have been STUFFING my face and truly indulging my cravings ever since my birthday. I told myself I could have one day to not count calories. I took 5.
Tuesday I was good for most of the day but then had a birthday dinner with the boyfriend. Wednesday was my birthday so I pigged out and drank my face off. Repeat Thursday and repeat Friday. Oops. Today I've been nursing a hangover and really not giving a fuck what I'm eating. Oh did I mention the only day I worked out was Monday? I really don't care thought right now to be honest. I weighed myself just now at 145.2 and I've been eating and drinking lots of water so maybe I wasn't too bad. Plan is back on track for tomorrow. I need to get motivated.
