Chlorine Burnn

First off I would like to thank you for all the comments and support :) You guys keep me staying strong.

Yesterday I went to the gym with the bff and we did a little eliptical, P90X Ab Ripper X, then swam for a while. I haven't swam in almost a month and the chlorine always dries out my skin. Afterwards my skin was burning but I put lotion on and expected it to go away but it still hasn't. I have like a chlorine burn one my face and arms and legs. Today they were red and goose bumpy all day :( I think the chlorine irritated my skin, I have this skin thing called keratosis pillaris which usually isn't bad but the chlorine made it red. Guess thats the last time I'll be swimming for a while which is too bad because I like doing it.

Today I woke up and felt like crap. My skin felt like crap too burning and what not. I skipped my first class but I went to the second one. Its my math class and I always feel so behind when I miss it so I convinced myself to go. My teacher even commented to me after class that I didn't look so good. I'm not sure if its from the chlorine burn on my face or my overall sickly look. My hip flexors are dying so I gave myself a rest day from the gym. Stayed in a pretty good calories range.

I really should drink more green tea, I made it part of my everyday routine and now that I have stopped I feel worse and am not losing weight. In fact I gained from yesterday. Its so frustrating to be having a good week and to be gaining weight. I feel like such a failure but what can I do? Maybe my body is still adjusting from break. If it doesn't change after this week I know I'll have to decrease calories or something. I haven't done any of my April measurements yet because I am not at a low weight so I'm afraid I'll be huge. Plus I'm lazy so it'll wait for a little.

I'm praying for under 145 on the scale tomorrow :X It's been harder to do the second time around.
