So I hadn't gotten my weight under 155lbs (70.3kg) in so long. Since my last LW at 145lbs (65kg) two years ago! So it inspired me to create this blog. My goal is to get back to 145lbs by my 21st (4/13) so a little under two months.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Mixed veggies, side salad with low fat italian dressing, ham and cheese au gratin..
Dinner: Chicken Salad [As in a salad with chicken]
Eating healthy at a school cafeteria is so hard! :x
